[1] Start and approach with highly motivated. Catch some speed so that you can get on the box rather than riding it.





[2] Get on the box from right side by turning towards the right side of the lip. Look at the end of the box and get in from your upper body.
It is better to get from the side because you can fall aside in case of mistakes.






[3] On the box, try not to slip and fall backwards. Maintain the balance by putting your weight toward the front.






[4] Getting out is the same as 50-50. Feel easy.
