[1] Start off with highly motivated.
[2] Try to step on the point of the lip as shown below.
Ideally, you should track this line.

[3] Adjusting the point you are stepping on, get yourself on the track by making a curving turn.

[4] Hang on until right at the edge of the lip, (no matter what your friend say).
Here, don't press too much on heels, or you can readily get off the track.

[5] Now, throw in everything you've got!?Most importantly, swing your arms. Kick up while leaning your arms toward to the left.


[6] When in the air, draw in your chin and pull your legs to your chest. Keep looking over the leading shoulder to the direction of the spin. By doing this, your body will gradually turn by itself.

[7] Prepare for landing: Look backwards and focus on the point you are about to land on.

[8] Landing: Crouch down and maintain your balance.
